Motion was made by Judge Riley and second by Commissioner Brinkley to reaffirm the offer of Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($915,000.00) as appraisedvalue on the existing Senior Center and as previously authorized by this court and to authorize the County Judge to execute.

Motion was made by Commissioner Webster and second by Commissioner Roth to reinstate CITIZENS COMMENT forum at the beginning of each meeting by rescinding the previous motion (January 5, 2004) that put a stop to this item.
